Help Us Carry the Mirrorbox to the Top of Glastonbury Tor

A stone tower on top of a grassy hill. The tower has a path leading up to it and the doorway is open

Are you up for a challenge with meaning? We’re calling on energetic, community-minded people to join I Would Be Here If I Could—the UK’s largest collaborative art project for people living with ME and Long Covid—as we carry the Mirrorbox to the summit of Glastonbury Tor.

📅 When:

June 18th

– Carry up: 9:00 AM

– Bring down: 5:00 PM

📍 Where:

Glastonbury Tor. We’ll be meeting at the north entrance on stone down lane.

💪 What We Need:

The Mirrorbox—a flat-packed, portable structure—is designed for team carrying. We’re looking for willing volunteers with strength and spirit to help us take it to the top, where it will be assembled by our crew.

🌟 Why It Matters:

The Mirrorbox carries a single, powerful message from someone living with ME or Long Covid—sent to a place they love deeply but can no longer visit. By helping carry it, you’re not just lifting a structure, you’re helping deliver a voice, a memory, and a moment of connection to the top of the Tor.

🙌 How to Join:

Be part of this unique, moving journey.

Email [email protected] and let us know if you would like to take part.

Let’s carry their voices where they wish they could go. Because they would be there—if they could.
