Where would you be if you could?
In 2023, we asked people living with ME or Long Covid to send audio messages for a place they loved but could no longer get to.
A wave of messages came back for places across the UK: mountain tops, sea fronts, stadiums and shopping centres. Maybe you’ll recognise some locations — or maybe they’ll remind you of a place that’s special to you.
Through the message map and library, you can explore the places that each sender wanted to share.

Where is the place you hold in your mind — the place you love but are unable to get to?
At present, the project is not accepting further messages, but we hope—with future funding—to open again for further messages.
