Help make it happen
We are a tiny team working on a huge project. Help can come in all sorts of ways. Thank you to the organisations and people who have supported us so far. Our hope is to continue the Mirrorbox journey and invite so many more people to take part.
Here are some ways you can get involved and help.
Donate
This project is free for everyone who participates. We are run on donations and funding.
If you would like to support the project. Here is an idea of how a donation will help:
- £20 could help us reach out and a support local M.E. and Long Covid group to take part, with posters, information and support to help those with no internet access to take part
- £50 will enable us to help a participant to record and send in a message. We will transcribe, process audio and upload it onto the message map
- £100 could contribute to adapting the message map to enable people listening to messages to reply back. A way for someone to know that their message has been heard and they have connected with someone through a shared love of a place.
A gift of £1,500 or more will enable the mirrorbox to journey to a message location. If you are interested in sponsoring the mirrorbox to reach a message location or region please get in touch.
Sponsor
We are currently looking for support from businesses and organisations to expand the Mirrorbox journey and to sponsor the map enabling more people to participate.
You may be interested in sponsoring the Mirrorbox to travel to a region or specific location.
The project is open to all offers of support and happy to consider innovative suggestions!
Volunteer
We will be recruiting volunteers to support the Mirrorbox team at various locations.
Volunteer activities will include assisting with managing people around the Mirrorbox and helping with setup and takedown.
We will post volunteer call-outs on social media closer to each visit. If you’d like to join us, please get in touch.
