We are looking for an experienced project manager / producer who can take on the day to day running of the project across the different areas. About the team:
The project team is disabled-led with over 60% living with M.E. or Long Covid. Our aim is to constantly develop ways of working which will include and support individuals facing challenges to standard working patterns.

Job purpose | Supporting the development and evolution of a social art project on a national scale. Coordination and management across the project so it runs to time and budget Supporting and coordinating a diverse team |
Responsible for: | Overall project managementManaging / Maintaining all project timelines and schedulesThe scoping, planning of a tour plan that enables the successful movement of the mirrorbox to multiple locations and venues across the UK Logistics:liaising and negotiation with locations/ venues – the majority of which are not โartsโ venuesScheduling mirrorbox tours, booking vans, accommodation, team Safeguarding, Insurance and other associated paperwork needed for public engagementEnsuring all permissions and paperwork is correct and set up for each location ProcessesEnsuring processes are documented and kept up to date, team adhere to processes so that the team can shift in and out of rolesDeveloping and documenting processes for efficiency and ease of workingIdentifying impact of evolving project and supporting this with operational expertise Finance and dataProviding information for cashflow and managing budgetsManaging costs, researching and negotiating quotes ReportingEnsuring all data identified is collectedCollating information to report to funders Accessibility and inclusion:Overseeing equipment is maintained and developed to support tour, experience and accessibilityInputting into the development of accessibility across all elements of the project Website and communications:ensuring website is up to date with informationsupporting materials – flyers, etc are created and printed on time for tours Team:Maintaining and inputting into the working culture. Helping to develop “a different way of working”. Scheduling team. Overseeing the quality and accuracy of work Communicating to across the team so everyone knows what is going on |

Experience and skills needed: | Must have: 5+ years of project management across multiple project work streams / multiple projects simultaneously. Familiar with digital project planning toolsExperience ideally with event management or touring arts Experience working in a small team and managing/coordinating othersLived experience / experience working with people who are managing a disabilityExperience documenting processes, development and improvementDesirable: Experience applying for grants, monitoring and and reporting |

Expectations for this role | 1 – 1.5 days a week across 5 days. There will be the potential to increase this time as the project grows. This role will be working closely with the lead artist, consultant producer, and finance role |
